Archousa Joni Taylor, head coach of Texas A&M’s Women’s Basketball team was honored by her hometown of Meridian, Mississippi with “Joni Crenshaw-Taylor” basketball courts at Velma Young Park. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on June 23, 2023.
